RE:Average price of potash The article mentioned labour cost are up in Canada and in North America generally (United States is located in North America in case you didn't know). And the cost is not only related to Nitrogen, but every other mines, including potash (an example is K + S (See below)).  You will see in Fall, the CAPEX for ICP will be closer to $800 million and the IRR will be below 20%.

Of course you bought Allana at 50 cents and sold at $2... lol

The German company announced today the supervisory board has approved a decision by the board of directors to increase the budget for the new plant north of Regina to $4.1 billion from $3.25 billion.

The new plan includes investments into the company’s infrastructure, modification of plant components along with increased material and labour costs.
