Some examples...

Some examples...Sdomae... I've been wrong many many many times in my calls but as you see below, I'm not the only one (I just did a very quick scan and highlight some call that you made. I just want to show you that no one is perfect)...

Example #1 (we are not at 5$)

Ferti, the point is that the so called "experts" are no better at predicting future prices than any of us here. They can take all their fancy data and put it in a big machine and after a few minutes come up with a number that suits their mandate. The variables are innumerable. Leave a few out of the equation and you'll get the result you want to hear.

And you're totally right. I did expect us to be close to 5 bucks by now. Just shows you that an "expert" like me gets it wrong too. LOL But if all goes well and they get this going then perhaps I'll see that $5 by 2017. There's a lot of variables in the mix between now and then. So it really is anyone's guess.

Example #2 (CAPEX was way below in all areas (or almost all) in the FS in comparison to the PEA)

Karma, I am well aware that the PEA contains capex for the terminal but this recent line of BS is intended to have people believe that we are off the hook for all that expense by saying that the government will pay for port construction.

Anyway, what will really matter is financing, a task made easier if capex comes in under the PEA numbers, as may be the case. Port capex will likely be lower and so will trucking. But surely there will be other areas of capex that will be more than what was laid out in the PEA.

Example #3 (no dillution in November given all the shares (48,326,627) related to Nova's acquisition are already included in the current 276 million S/O)

From NOV 1.

====Looks like a bit of dilution coming in November in regards to the Nova acqisition. Not to mention the inevitable dilution that will come equity financing. We'll need a real good debt package to make up for the dilution. Hope we get it.

But first let's get a licence to mine. Unfortunately it won't be in June. We'd be lucky if we see it before Summer ends.
