With this new's release this am Allana continue's to be a very secretive management team.  What I believe from this release is this, they already have the partner's they need for financing and with all the permit talk have without question decided to go with mining their own resource.  Prove me wrong and I will go quiet again.  Why do they drag everything out, get on with it.
