ICL joint venture - can we expect .50cents one time dividend

Israeli style is always to rush things fast and they damn right know how to pressure play things. News is one sided confirmation and conditions for jv are still not disclosed. This is win win play as isreali outfit has experience in solution mining. Assuming it is 50 50 partnership hope is ICL pays out 300m for it's 50 percent and I hope all shareholders get one time .50 cent dividend. This would help stock price soar back to $2 range ....due to payout plus absolute derisk on production capabilities and financing.....happy Friday
