Ice, could just be they are not the flavor of the month for financing, lot's of talk about the African banks, thus the tossed salad as to why with all the spectacular results resource wise, location and most of all the amount of time that has lapsed,  since all involved knew they had a winner, yet here we sit awaiting that announcement of who is the parties to finance the upcoming mine.  This thing is just being dragged to death (sorry for the pun) but that may be where it end's up.  I strongly believe we are to be bought out and it is going to go cheap, really cheap..
