Mr. Abasov did not exercise any options during the fiscal year ended July 31, 2013, however, on September 16, 2013 Mr. Abasov exercised 300000 stock options at $0.15 per option. These options were set to expire October 1, 2013 and Mr. Abasov continues to hold the nderlying common shares.
