I don't think Sdome or me or anyone else is hoping the cartel doesn't get together. Lots of news articles so far but nothing official. If Kelertas was saying they were getting back together in Q1, I might expect it to happen in 2017. But because it is coming from news agencies that so far haven't burned me I tend to believe it.

I can't believe the blind optimism some of you have. This company has hurt all of us. Obviously it is about finacning. How many deadlines missed? 3? 4? 5? The market starts to consider you a joke if you can't meet objectives. When it comes to the drilling and mining licence, no complaints. It's a package. I think we will get a bump from the cartel getting back together. But, because of our managments inability to raise the required equity out bump won't be huge.
