Okay time to get over this 5 year thing. It was always 5 years for 1mil tonnes, 2 years to build, 1 year at 250,000, 1 year at 750,000 tonnes, then 1mil in the 5th year. if you didn't know this in your DD then you shouldn't have invested in this, and maybe you should be investing at all, because it was right out there for all to see.
