K & S bought out potash one for 434 million dollars....4.50 a share...24 % premium....2.7 tonne annually...40 + year mine life....In Saskatchewan with infrastructure, transportation & skilled workers....2.5 billion to build and it got sold...Allana Potash almost 400 million share float, 25 year mine life-complex mine in da desert with very little infrastructure, transportation and workers....cost little to build and huge risk.....they practically had to give it away to get any lender financing...If the project was so stellar, why didn't ICL just buy it???? because it is a huge risk.........even the lenders are asking for technical expertise LOL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
