WOW, that is quite the assessment.  $1.15 this year without financing?  $2.30 with financing and $4.60 at initial production?  $10 with expanded production?  

I'd take any of those scenarios.  

More likely, the SP will languish in the 40s for months, then ICL will offer a takeover "premium" of 30% over the pp price.   AAA will enact the shareholders rights which will bump up the price to 90 cents and the company will be sold.   Anything over that would be great but unlikely.   Prove me wrong Farhad!!  (No seriously, please do something to get the SP back up).
