Well you are right about one thing - our vote doesn't really matter. I haven't done the math on shares but between management, LMM, IFC and the shares that ICL received in the first tranche I think it's basically a given the vote will pass. That might be why ICL was given the first tranche without any shareholder vote - to guarantee pass in case the majority of other shareholders decided they didn't like the deal. Not really surprising to be honest - we are small players in the grand scheme of things. The only factor I care about at this point is how the remaining debit and equity financing will be handled.
