In the circular it mentions that Liberty and IFC did not excercise their pre-emptive rights to purchase shares relating to the initial tranche of shares allocated to ICL. It also states that they may not take shares form the second tranche either. Are you sure they are happy with the deal? You would think that they would be taking shares especially since the price offered is below their other purchases.



I don't think that really tells us anything either way... taking those extra shares is potentially counter-productive if they believe ICL will buy out Allana. It does suggest though that Allana has all of the equity financing support it needs - because if that were not the case it would be in LMM's best interest, given their stake here, to support the equity finance. IFC on the other hand has other criteria driving their actions. So on the bright side, it's another signal that this mine will be financed... but then everyone invested right now already believes that or we wouldn't be invested.
