Dennis, the links you posted are agenda's for meetings. There is nothing about Allana in them but that doesn't mean they are not looking at a loan for them. The document I posted seems quite different, with actual dollar values ( Units of Account), and it's titled "THE 2014–2016 ROLLING PLAN AND BUDGET". So yes, there are discrepancies and it is a bit confusing.
