RE:Just a thought..........

RE:Just a thought..........I doubt it Ocean....again this post is a great effort by you to post fear of "Consolidation"....

Farhad stated that they will likely have a SOP partner for Q1 2015.  With a possible spin off of the SOP to a NewCo....

Or.... perhaps a buyout ???  But I don't believe so as I don't think ICL will be comfortable enough with the project in terms of the overall derisking of the project including the port.

But then again that could be their way of barganing.... I really do believe Farhad played the SOP card to get the ICL offer up higher.... But thats my Wild A$$ Guess ...LOL

Like I said ...Just hand in there and you will find out sooner than later...

P.S. -  The Uralkali mess will sure help out IMO...

oceaneleven wrote: I wonder if the shareholders will be voting on a share consolidation at this special meeting...........just putting it out there.......please don't hurt me now...........It would make sense and would most likely benefit in the long run.....good companies that have good projects in choppy markets etc. do well later if they take this kind of action now........and it is something that needs to be voted on so could be on agenda.........thoughts????????
