Is designed to reward company executives and managment for their efforts and performance.  As we see the company has been able to achieve many key milestones such as bringing the project to a BFS stage, mining permit, water licence, and key financial partners such as IFC, and Liberty Mining and Metals.  The key piece for the MOP project is bringing on a MOP major Israeli Potash Company.

The company has developed the share program so that bonuses are not paid out of CASH.... As you now CASH is king and CASH needs to be spent wisely.  The share bonus program preserves the CASH.

All good companies have excellent share reward compensation programs.  DO you care to comment on POT's incentives???

So if Allana doesn't perform then their share program doesn't reward them either.... a great incentive to make sure managment is working towards the success of the company and outcome.
