You have to wonder if Farhad was promised some kind of a deal from ICL after the takeover ? You have to wonder why the stock sold off about 10% in the last few days trying to make the deal look better. They must think we are a bunch of idiots. A resounding no from all shareholders should be expressed. hard to say what the holders other than the general public represent. I see that someone hear claims to have written proof of lies, I don't put much credence on that till I see it. a grounds root strong rejection and the consideration of action should be taken.
