Not sure who would put the legal wheels in motion but maybe, just maybe the Chinese are as thoroughly pissed with all of this as we are, at having their efforts suddenly undermined by this disingenuous, shady bunch. Its not like the offer is prohibitive in any way, ( ya think ! ) but, in fact left the door wide open for the jilted Chinese to counter and possibly others to walk thru. Here`s hoping.
