MMMMMMM. So you voted for free bonus shares which return nothing to the shareholders but create dilution.
And you voted against options which create dilution only when the person receiving them actually exercises their right to buy the shares, thereby adding monies to the kitty. Please explain your logic in voting in such a manner.
   I would vote in favour of an  average Canadian workers salary with options with some restrictions of course. Then you know they are working in the best interest of shareholders and not bleeding the coffers to pay themseves fat salaries.
