rookie investors??? haven't experienced enough sinking ships to learn how to SNIP??? also when the project advances to a stage where dollars is the difference, the market has been know to hand out gifts....maybe one waits for that kind of chance....I dunno..........I just dislike hearing many tout how they will buy more when the sp drifts lower when the sector has gone down like a chewed up piece of gum on the bottom of a rubber sole..............
