RE:RE:RE:RE:Ferti

RE:RE:RE:RE:FertiFerti, you seem to put a lot of faith in the information Allana provides....perhaps a look at past history will suggest whether or not that is a wise course of action.

Remember the mining licence?  Yes...they did put that check in the box.  However you will recall that it took far longer than was indcated.  They said it was coming, and it did come....however much later than previously stated.

Goldstockbulls did some advertising for Allana a while back, part of which said...."They are fast-tracking towards production, expecting a completed feasibility study in 2011 and production in 2012".

You can read that here:

https://www.goldstockbull.com/articles/top-agriculture-stock-allana-potash/

I would pay careful attention to the disclaimer linked to that site.

Now, they may very well make it to production....however obviousy its now 2014, not 2012...and we're still talking a year or more down the road if it happens.

They talked of their discussions with ICL, and they did indeed come to fruition....but as per the opinion of many here...Are the terms truly favourable to existing investors?

I will keep watching....at some point this may be a profitable investment, perhaps at 40ish cents it is right now, but I don't think so.  The company has shown a history of dilution, from around 147 million shares at the start  of 2011 to the most recently available number of some 293 million.

Of course past results are no guarantee of future performance, but it can serve as an indication. Maybe they're done significantly diluting, but for my own part I won't bet on it.
