Section 403 of the Criminal Code makes it a crime to "fraudulently impersonate another person" either to gain advantage or to cause disadvantage to someone else -- a crime that carries a maximum penalty of 10 years in prison.

fertimann not only created a userid simalr to fertiman, but is trying to impersonate him by posting as if he were fertiman. That makes it a crime as per section 403 of the criminal code.
