RE:Ferti wears Egg On Da FACE....First of all Ocean, let me point out that there are a lot of reasons why someone can have their account deleted or suspended on SH. If you read the terms of service, SH has the right to delete a member's account or suspend their account if they violate those terms of service. A number of disgusting posts by peckerpincher's previous aliases have most likely gotten his plethora of previous used IDs suspended and / or cancelled. Secondly, when you are writing/posting on a public forum about a public company and write stuff such as "this is a Ponzi scheme" or " this stock is another Bre-X", you are accusing the management of FRAUD and such accusations are not taken lightly. Furthermore, if you post that you want to see management "decapitated", you are opening yourself up to possible criminal charges (are you reading this nightowl / bladerummer? ).
Now imagine for a second that someone knew your full name and address and posted on this site that you were running an underage sex ring out of your house. Would you not want such posts to be :
a) deleted and
b) find out who is posting such things and take them to court for slander?
Quite frankly I am surprised that "bladey" as you call him has not been served. Take a look at SH history and you will find several instances of SH being forced to identify (via IP address) a poster who has crossed the line from being pizzed off to someone who slanders abd wants harm to come to a company (are you paying attention "bladey")?
Any shareholder who is unhappy with their investment has the right to express their feelings. It's when it crosses over from expressing your feeling to slandering a PUBLIC company that ends up getting posts pulled and posters identified, deleted and sometimes taken to court.
