Here you go another update to mallgirls blog in which aberdeen is included.

Cheers Moneydaze

Well,  It's been almost 3 weeks since my first blog entry and I just wanted to update current price levels and performance of stocks that I've highlighted over that time.  I continue to hold all those stocks mentioned, and have added positions in some as prices fluctuate.

The long, lonely quest for further undervalued, overlooked stocks continues.  There's a couple that I continue to evaluate and should hopefully be able to comment upon in the near future.  That being said, here's how those that I picked in the last few weeks have fared.  Please see previous blogs for detailed comments/analysis.

VRX Worldwide (VRW.v)

- price when mentioned Dec. 15: 0.15
- subsequent high: 0.245
- current price: 0.20

At current levels, VRW continues to trade at approximately 4-5X estimated '09 earnings.  I continue to hold and attempt to add to my position but with approximately 70% of shares held by management, liquidity is an issue.

Jite Technologies (JTI.v)

price when mentioned Dec. 16:
.41
subsequent high: 0.54
current price: 0.54

I also continue to hold JTI.  It also currently trades at approximately 5x estimated '09 earnings.  At the end of Q3 JTI had 0.37 in cash  per share, a working cap of  0.64 / share and book value of  0.78 / share, Jite continues to appear greatly undervalued at current levels.  Canaccord as been buying regularly, including today at current price levels.

SLAM Exploration (SXL.v)

price when mentioned: 0.04
subsequent high: 0.08
current price: 0.075

I've recently added (in last couple of days) to my position in SXL.  It is fully financed for winter/spring exploration season, and a steady stream of news is expected.   Value of its NI 43 101 compliant 10 MT zn-ag-pb Nash Creek deposit  alone is upwards of 500 million (insitu value).  With a market cap under $10 million, SLAM appears to be undervalued relative to other jr. explorecos..  3 other deposits in its portfolio including Reserve Creek (up to 25 g gold/tonne) which could be one drill program away from a resource calculation, as well as 1/2 dozen other projects with economic grades of gold, silver and  base metals.

Aberdeen International (AAB.t)

price when mentioned: 0.36
subsequent high: 0.48
current price: 0.435

AAB continues to trade at a great discount to the underlying value of its holdings.  As of end of Q3, it reported:
* shareholder equity of 1.08/share
* an investment portfolio worth 0.66/share
* royalty income of 481,828
* cash on hand of 5.8 million

Again, since that time the value of many of its largest holdings has increased significantly, yet the share price of AAB only marginally so.  Financial metrics should prove AAB to be undervalued when Q4 financials are released.

That's it.  Like I said, I continue my search for other undervalued, overlooked companies and hopefully can report a few shortly.  Despite the infrequency of my blogging (not really a blog when you post once or twice a week), I appreciate your comments and inbox messages.  Thanks.
