I actually dont mind the arbitration as the case has been on a for a little while and I want a resolution. At this point I am fine with a monetary settlement not even for the full amount of the loan. I still think we had a case in court, but lets just move on.

I terms of the investment portfolio I was impressed enough to add 10% more to my position since we continue to trade at a ridiculous price to NAV.

I have a question though, once the case is resolved will that basically be the end of the gold royalty, I actually thought we were trying to sell it seperately.
