What do you think the pattern is indicating, RD? It appears to me that if there is any manipulation, it's to keep the price range-bound around $0.18. I see 500 share lots being utilized to supress, which would indicate someone would like to buy some more at lower levels. What do you think, if it is manipulation, are they trying to artificially supress/increase the SP, and why?
