Really like the looks of this!

Really like the looks of this!

Hi Everyone,

I bought into AAV a few days ago, at $3.79. I'm really liking the looks of this thing, both technically and fundamentally. One of the biggest factors influencing whether or not I take a position on oversold technicals is the activity of institutional purchasing/selling. There's been more buying than selling recently, although the figures aren't stellar. The short ratio on this guy is a little on the high side for me (7.10, where 5 is usually the max I'd accept). However, I find the price to book value obscenely undervalued. You buying AAV 50% off right now. Debt's an issue, etc., however I wouldn't be surprised if AAV has something up their sleeves, like RE had. I was in RE a few days ago, but my stop limit was reached just before they announced the sale of some core assets, which was certainly welcomed the next day!

I think AAV is fairly priced around $5.50 -$6.00, and would expect to see this over the first half of this year. My stop is $3.60. Aslo, volume is definitly on this stocks side right now, so if you're a little underwater, don't be so hasty to dump! Upside risk FAR outweighs downside right now. We're not far from the 2009 lows, so averaging down right here might be a good choice if you can afford to.

Good luck AAV'ers.

~BT
