BUt this will be an El Nino/ Modoki which will bring a warm December followed by a snowy cold mid- west and eastern USA this coming winter.
Europe enjoyed a warm 2022/23 winter but it wil be much colder this winter drawing down their reserves and they will need more Nt GAs.
