Absolute Software Obviously Has Mismanagement Issues After looking at the their Q4 2020-2021 Financial Highlights, it seems that Absolute Software are suffering from financial mismanagement issues as revenues are up but profits are going down.
In fact, while Absolute Software's revenue is up 15% from the same quarter last year, they incurred a $3 million loss as oppose to a profit when companies normally see big revenue increases.
If it wasn't bad enough, even their year for year net income is down from $10.6 million in Fiscal 2019-2020 to $3.7 million in 2020-2021.
When a company reports increases in revenues, but ends up incurring a loss, you know that something is wrong.
You have a lot of explaining to do Absolute Software, a lot of explaining as profit should go up when sales go up, not down to a loss.
