Not only China. Every single central bank is buying big time.. Great Depression is on the way, it seems.

Many (myself included) figured the Fed wouldn't start lowering rates unti the recession was well under way. If you recall they didn't start raising rates until inflation had been running rampant for 12-18 months. Always way behind the curve.
