RE:Too much capacity.Most of AC's capacity growth is international which is strong. the TB routes added are to support the system. the 6th freedom traffic is doing very well. Domestic over supply is being added by WJ. in the 1st Q WJ tried to slow down or defer deliveries of more Q400's. BBD said no, now they are dumping the seats into the market. that coupled with the slowdown in WJ's biggest market and more realocation of seats through the system is killing them. If you do the math of what WJ made the last 4 quarters and apply fuel back at 80 bucks a barrel, WJ is in the red. AC would still be in the green. IMO WJA is becoming the next Canadian airlines, they are so far from their original plan......
