As for bullying Aimia, you got it wrong. As an active AP member since 1993, I can say that AP has always been about Air Canada. A majority of AP clients would agree. All that nonsense about One World Alliance, and Porter etc etc was just froth. AC BOD knew it and worked out a deal that was good for the majority of AP members and for AC shareholders, and they had the clout to get the banks to cough up (something Aimia would never have been able to do). It's always been about AC.

I am trying to understand what is the plan and how they will absorb these employees and all other assets. I think that is a valid question when doing DD.
