RE:RE:Now vs 2009/2010

RE:RE:Now vs 2009/2010The people working this situation for profit are professionals at shaking the tree to get those who make mistakes at this point.  I asked myself who would be selling and it would be those who have no choice.  Who puts themselves in that position.  Who is selling at this price?

It has been noted that the pros shake the tree at this point to get the last of the investors who came in on margin accounts.  The shorts the "deep pools" have in their employ force the price down to where margin buyers thought the stock would never go.  They get caught and have to settle their account or sell all the shares at the margin call to cover the bill.  Even then they may have to sell some other assets to cover the fullness of their loss.

I am sure some folks still have stop/loss positions registered.  The drop engineered by the shorts gets these folks every time.  I believe someone on this board suggested that AC stock holders at a point a couple of weeks ago should not engage in this behavior but I am sure many still did.

Then there are those who are only now understanding the depth of the damage that the virus will inflict on the economy.  What it is doing is that it is freezing a huge percentage of the daily cash fllow through the economy.  It is like losing blood for a body.  However, many companies including AC and Canadian banks have healthy balance sheets that have been stress tested to make sure they can survive these "think tank" once in 100 year scenarios.

Those people have been and are still shark food.

The trades are over 6 million already today.  The sharks are eating up the available stocks at an even faster pace than I noted a few days ago.  They are takiing the stock from being widely held to a stock that will be held by servants of the 1%.

In the aftermath, supply of flights will shrink and prices for air travel will go even higher than we experienced last summer.  Profits for the surviving airlines will return and the price of the stock will have the shark food people saying "I never should let it go."
