If you all think that there's federal assistance is on its way then you all have another thing coming. This P. O. S. dictator in Ottawa and his cronies have already proved how they help Canadian industry and businesses by allowing the oil industry in Alberta become extinct. He's not interested in Canadian businesses, job security, job creation or anything pro Canadian. He's only interest is funding his Green dream and dishing out billions to foreign governments and funding every politically correct leftist group that destroys Canadian heritage, culture and history.

Fair assessment.  However, you are missing one key point: Air Canada is based in Quebec.   Trudeau couldn't care less about Alberta, but he would bankrupt the rest of the country to support Quebec.

interesting conversation relating to politics and airlines.  I agree that Quebec and Eastern Canada would both be concerns for the Liberal party in not getting to an industry relief package prior to announcing an election. Might help if they could actually release a budget too. What a collosal waste of time they have become. . Second what a difference in the U.S. More relief for the industry

Just so you know. The majority of elections in Canada through out history have been liberal. Trudeau will get a majority next election. The majority of Canadians last election voted left. Conservative politics is dying with its older base. I say good riddance and hahahaha!
