Avoid this stock. Dont get suckered in.
A time to buy will come, but there will be a major share price decline in the next 3 years.
When will it be time to buy??
Oil around $70
Housing crash leading to 50% reduction in prices so Canadians can afford their places.
Economic stability.
AVOID AC AT ALL COST
