RE:Wasn't the first crop due out a few weeks or month ago?June 17 was the exact date the company announced as being the harvest date of the first batch. Following that, under the direction of Penny Sterling who is our eminately qualified QA Director, a lab analysis would have been conducted. A few days, a week maybe for that. So do the HC staff rely on this data (email attachment) or do they do their own analysis after they physically arrive? What happens to this first crop?
. Presumably it is still in storage. Does the freshness count a lot for inspection purposes or do they have to grow more crops awaiting inspection? So here we are in the middle of August almost 2 months later and still no inspection. Are they waiting for the Justice Phelan's Allard case decision (supposed to be August but now expected sometime in the fall) or maybe the election campaign to be over? In the meantime our fully licensed competitors are gaining lots of ground in marketing and selling dried buds but now also the oils.
