True enough.  Maybe in my haste to find a silver lining in this limbo situation I was being overly optimistic about Plan B.  I still think it is a bold and positive move for the company to make and not be beholden to one slow moving regulatory regime.  Having said that the existing Bellingham facility lease from a current US licence holder still hasn't been announced.  Australis, the proposed spinout company sounded like a wholly owned ACB subsidiary initially but in a later release said it will be 50% owned.  Again, that Agreement has not been announced as finalised.  The engineering and design for the proposed new facility was announced as commencing with the help of consultant Electrum but no concrete actions have actually occured, officially speaking.  So, a fair amount of talking but not a lot of money has been sunk into the U.S.yet...that we know of.   We might just have to wait until September 8th to see any official updates on company progress or lack thereof.
