RE:RE:RE:Aurora and PTX.C For PTX.....president sold 3M shares to decrease his ownership under 10%...
Was a cross trade between investors...he sold between $.06-.08$
Then he bought them back in last PP at $.05....PP was 8.5M shares $427K total

Normal for that kind of deal....
And he just under 10% ownership...
