RE:this company is solid buuuttttt.....This is occurring right now and has been since the run up began. All holders got give 30 days notice to address their situation. Dec 15th and 18th are the LAST days that the holders can convert.
Go read the dates. The debentures have been in play since Sept 3rd. The warrants and all shares associated have had full access since June 29. None of these will wait till the very LAST day to convert. That makes no sense.
This is all a very well timed event.
