RE:ACB bit off more than they could chew with CMEDOh really, so what about 38% of the shareholders that approached them about taking them over??  They didnt go fishing for CMED, CMED went fishing for them.  Then CMED's board didnt pick up the phone and things went hostile.   These types of bids take time and CMED was given 105 days.  

It amazes me how many people think a stock will go straight up once they buy in.  All these things take time.  It would surprise me if ACB doest hit 20 bucks in 2018 sometime but that doesnt mean there wont be some peaks and valleys getting their.  

I guess you need to decide if you are a trader or an investor...
