There is a reserve selling pot in a community a half hour drive from where I live where you can buy it for much cheaper. The same issue we have with native cigarettes in Ontario, where the government is losing billions in revenue from taxes. No one has the balls to fix it.
The people who are smoking this stuff now, will not pay the higher prices IMO.

This will be an issue, just like native smokes being sold all over Ontario.
