While I did hold ACB early, I currently do not hold any (full disclosure, not trying to bash). The truth is, as this has continued to rise, I have become more weary in investing (just being honest, and I may be wrong). I was wondering if anyone had an answer (who follows ACB more than I).
The current market cap of ACB is now about 5.35B (with ~453M shares).
For a 20X PE ratio (and yes I know this industry is playing with ridiculous PE ratios in the 100s), the company would need to earn approx. 59.1 cents a share. This equates to $267,700,000 in net earnings today.
Does this company have capacity to earn $1 billion in gross revenue in the future?
Honestly, what is ACB's current earnings potential? How much revenue can they earn at max capacity? Are these prices justified?
Thanks all.
Lol!!!
I’m going to let the ACB fan boys answer this one :)
Fan boys? Are you 12? Go back to the pro-wrestling forums idiot. People here are interested in making money and so far Aurora has brought that, hence the excitement you get from long investors. Learn a thing or two before you start treating an investment forum like it’s your local brony forum, moron.
