Brent Zettl’s Accused by CSA of Providing Unsafe MJ in 2005

Brent Zettl’s Accused by CSA of Providing Unsafe MJ in 2005
The Canadians for Safe Access organization accused Prairie Plant Systems (PPS) CEO, Brent Zettl, of providing unsafe medical cannabis in 2005. Note that CanniMed is a subsidiary of Prairie Plant Systems.

The CSA claimed the following:
PPS’s medical cannabis contained “alarmingly high levels of biological impurities”
PPS’s medical cannabis contained “heavy metals”
PPS used “gamma irradiation”
PPS’s product labelling did not reflect accurate product content and potency.

In response to the above claims by the CSA, Brent Zettl sent a Cease and Desist letter to the CSA claiming “defamatory libel”.
