RE:ACB SP without CMEDLets start with what we know for sure.....CMED has 18% voting no for sure and needs 33.3% to vote no. Now I am not to sure if CMED needs 50.1% to aquire hip or 66.3 as ACB needs to get CMED.
So lets assume they need 50.1 then I think that fails and we needs 66.3% so that may fail to which means both outcomes can fail.
If this happens then CMED and ACB will have to negotiate a better deal or ACB can choose to walk away. Now lets assume ACB sweetens the deal. Their share price could dip for over paying CMED if the market views it as such. I know I would, I dont think CMED is worth more than 24 and if they have to pay over 30 bucks I would run away from this deal, not worth the 40,000 patients with recreatipon use right around the corner.
Now if ACB walks away they may slip a little to say 10 bucks short term and bounce back. No long term affect here.
If CMED doesnt vote yes for ACB I hope ACB walks away. CMED has not negotiated with them, they are acting like a bunch of crazies who think they are valued at 60 bucks. There are plenty of fish in the sea to catch and ACB will just find another dance partner.....
