If you go look back Quebec was very vocal about wanting "more time" then within days of stating this they declared "we will be ready". What changed? Well a few days after that we saw ACB start with their plans in Quebec. In other words Quebec didn't need more time, they wanted more investment in Quebec.
Quebec has ZERO issues getting their products on the shelves of the ROC. The ROC has a real tough time getting on Quebec shelves. Besides doesn't TGOD have sqft in Ontario. ACB will acquire the 51% I think.
