RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Win Win on Liquor stores

RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Win Win on Liquor stores100m for location selection, a cut of liquor sales now. they own a portion of the company and don't even start with the "no booze blah blah", that is old. WEED is partially owned by a alchohol supplier so what. 15 locations of their own in AB is just fine. You do understand that their products will be on the majority of the "comps" stores as well don't you. My bet is you don't know how the system is even going to work out here. Go read up on how booze is run in AB. Producers sell to the province and the province sells to ALL dispenseries. Yes this means Aurora will technically sell their products to AB wholesale and then buy it back for retail.

Shut out of MB, for now. How hard do you think Aurora pursued that? I am very sure ACB products will be on the shelves of all provinces by the legalization date. No province wants to risk being short LEGAL supply. If they do the BM replacement objective is at risk.

ACB has substantial investment in Quebec as far as production goes. If you go look back Quebec wanted "more time" in Oct. By Nov they were stating "we are good to go (I wish I spoke french)". Then within days you saw ACB take up another facility. Great location (again) and tons of room for expansion. As far as I understand it TGOD is also expanding in Quebec. All of this tells me that ACB and Quebec have things figured out. I am not concerned in the slightest. ALL of the mj produced in Quebec will be sold.

Failed HTO? They got the deal.

Massive "overreach"? The original offer was 4.53 -1 and the deal is at 3.4-1. So the got the deal at a lower ratio than the original offer and you see that as a "fail"? ok

They do have a great skillset! Sarcasm doesn't always work so well when typed out.

"the capital forced on the industry had to go somewhere" but it chose to go to ACB. Why? skillset. That capital could have gone in a number of directions. You think this was charity? LOL, again ok.

When rec starts they will have one of the top 3 largest opperations in the industry. They will sell ever gram they can produce for at least another 2 years. This is while they will 2X or 3X their current production.

The "standard". Do you remember who found OGI was not organic? The was the Aurora STANDARD testing. HC didn't catch that, ACB did.

Booth needs to go where? Europe? I agree. More facility in the EU. Good point.

Truths? No my friend, opinion. Feel free to have your opinion. Thank you for not being vulgar or offensive. Were you trying to write it like poetry? Different.
