Dilution questions hypothetically answered...
A massive entity like Coca Cola would certainly be a plus. Even if a deal is reached, given Coke`s logo and brand recognized the world over, would be stellar. Coke would probably proceed in a fashion where it would be a similar deal with Molson-Coors with Hydropothecary (HEXO) . Instead of a direct buy in as was the case with Constellation and Canopy, Coke may want a guaranteed supply over a period of time, spun off into a new, fledgling company. Same as HEXO and TAP agreed to start a new company, responsible for production of beverages.
What`s the rush? Seriously, we would all love to win the lottery tonight, tomorrow, Monday, any day. Forget we not , the vision of this company. We are already global. So is KO. This company has positioned itself, and is a real threat to big pharma. Bear in mind, who controls big pharma. Wonder why some days the stock seems to go sideways, with it`s inability to climb? Suddenly super high volume with seemingly inexplicably being beat down? There is a tangible reason, much larger than any of us retail investors can fathom. This stock seems to be controlled by money much larger than any of us. Ok, got it. Say what you will. 935,000,000 shares out. Yup, that`s HUGE. If big pharma comes knocking and our stock price is say $12.50 CDN, buying in at 500 million shares at a cost of 6.25 billion dollars is certainly not out of the question. If a beverage suitor presents itself buying in directly at another 300,000,000 shares, that`s another 3.75 Billion dollars. Add it up , 135,000,000 shares left.
Aurora knows full well what they`re doing regardless of the bashers that appear saying Terry is a drunk, (I love the Columbo look ) the "SKY" is falling, jet fuel, diesel fuel , pesticides , BLAH BLAH BLAH. Stay long and you will be rewarded. This company has a vision and method of execution like no other company has. Shorts, Please, do yourself a favour ( Canadian spelling EH?) Get out now while you can. You`ve already lost over 900 million dollars and there is no recourse, at least not here. Longs, hold your fortress, and defend it with all your might.
