RE:ACB lawsuit? f**** just checked it out. That's not good news. Mainly, It's going after medreleaf but because it's a subsidiary to Aurora it had to serve and file the claim against both LEAF and ACB which is completely normal to do so under civil procedure rules.
They are protecting their behinds that's all. Worst timing though. People will panic and sell aurora but it's completely normal. They should've first given a demand noitce to aurora rather than file a claim against them. Aurora has enough production. They can ship that out quickly to them.
