We do not know how much cash they will have to spend for the deal but it will also be paid by shares and this part is very good. Buying with shares is a lot better than buying with all cash. So, it seems very positive, and I am not worry about the dilution. They made so many good deals in the different cannabis sectors and internationally, also in the hemp that it will be a top weed company. People who are complaining that we do not have a deal yet with a liquor, a brewer or whatever company are not patient enough. Which company interested in the cannabis sector would not want to make a deal with ACB. I am sure that the CEO wants a very good deal and not a hurry one. 
Booth is a very smart guy, just look at the acquisitions he made. For people who did not read the following that I already posted a few days ago. A tomato producter in Quebec growing tomato in a greenhouse changed his production to cannabis to supply WEED (I owed WEED at some point but I do not anymore.). In the Quebec province, the winter can be quite cold, and it is quite cold six months a year. He was making $1.50 by square meter growing tomatoes in a greenhouse. Now he expects to make $5,000 by square meter growing cannabis. Aurora is hot, and you can check my profile, I am not a pumper.
