There are a record number of murders related to drugs. Forget about ACB being a partner, it would be too risky for a company. ACB have ICC in Uruguay and they don't need PLCO. Also there is thing that do not add up. They said on the site that they will only use the sun and water. Right, this is BS. I read they put a different plant or tobacco leaves to repel insects. Then again, it is BS. I saw some video and there are only weed plants. The plants will need chemicals and the product (oil) will not be accepted in the westerner countries. It can have a succes in the S-A market with their lower standard. I can be quite speculative but this is too risky for me and more at this price. There is money to do short term but the edge funds will bring you back to reality. If you are a trader, go for it but be aware when you will need to sell.
