The way Trudeau is spending with no view in sight to equilibrate the budget over the next 4 years. If we are lucky enough for him to not be reelected, the next government will need all the tax money from the MJ sector. Even this is a very weak point.
Beside some minor changed, the next government will have no choice to continue. Do you think that companies invested as they did if they thought a next government would make major change. There would be lawsuits that would be very costly to Canada.
Think about it. They would not receive the tax from the forbidden stuff and there would be lawsuits against the government that would never finish. Don't even think it is possible. If you are in doubt, ask a lawyer. If someone after reading my message posts that he talked to a lawyer who said otherwise. The guy is lying or the lawyer is imcompetent. After the drop that happened these last few days, the trolls always come to spread rumors. This is thse case in most of the groups, not only in the MJ sector.
